This photo was taken at Potomac Heritage Trail in Arlington, VA. Exploring the Potomac Heritage Trail from Turkey Run Park towards Georgetown. We usually start at the headquarters (Parking Lot B) during early Sunday mornings for quiet trails and beautiful views. Gorgeous open wood trail and stream crossings and waterfalls and narrow trails - has it all. You can go for several hours. We bring sandwiches and water and stop along a rock outcropping on the Potomac.
