    Not good

    I took Titus for a pawdicure. They did great on his nails, but horrible when trimming the fur on his paws. They would not do a sanitary cut on my dog, even though they claim that is one of their services, and would not let me use my coupon that had come from the store itself!

    Dog cut twice

    I took both my toy poodles to get groomed. I get a call one of them was cut badly and will be transported to hospital because their vet did not have time to look at my dog. So my dog had to have 7 staples , antibiotics and wear a cone for 14 days. They kept saying it was because of her small size. This same dog was cut once before at same Petsmart. I do not understand cutting a dog that bad. It has really caused major problems. Because their vets had no time for their customer I had to make several trips somewhere else not close. We have to carry her all over house so she doesn't jump and rip staples out. Giving her meds then going back later for staple removal! Ridiculous to do that to a dog!! I will never go back to Petsmart!!!!!

    Terrible Service! Terrible Grooming!

    Yesterday morning I brought my Siberian Husky, Bloo, to be groomed. She is very small for a Husky, weighing barely 40 pounds. She was going to be shaved, and have her nails ground. I explained to Tamlyn that Bloo is very sensitive, especially about having her paws touched, and that in the past she has needed to wear a muzzle. I also disclosed this while making my appointment online. I dropped her off at 11:30. Tamlyn said she would call when she was finished. She called at 3:10 explaining how upset Bloo was, and told me the dryer was making her very nervous, and asked me (somewhat accusingly) "Has she ever even been groomed before??" Yes, she has. Many times in her 8 years of life. She then told me it would be "about another 45 minutes", and told me she might leave her head with a lion's mane because she seemed really stressed. I agreed to this. At this point I went back to your store and somewhat aimlessly wandered around, waiting for another call from Tamlyn. Eventually I just sat on the benches outside the grooming center and waited. At around 4:20, I see Tamlyn leave, apparently going on break, or leaving for the day. I then went inside and asked if my dog was done being groomed. An extremely nice you lady informed me that she was finished, and suggested that I pay first. This should have been a red flag for me.I think they were expecting me to be rude, or were anticipating my being angry when I saw my dog. When I finally got Bloo back, I couldn't believe I had paid for this to be done to her. The fur all along her stomach and legs is ragged and uneven. Almost bare skin in places. Around her neck where her cut meets the "lion's mane" is all different lengths, also ragged, and ridiculous looking. The woman explained to me that Bloo had tried to bite Tamlyn several times, "like really biting her", to which I am extremely apologetic. But I disclosed, several times, that she has needed a muzzle in the past. She is not aggressive, she just nips when she is afraid. And, as mentioned before, she has been shaved many times before with a professional, clean, and precise outcome. All without sedation- Which was suggested to me at check-out. Please understand, I am NOT saying "This is your job. It's okay if my dog bites you." I am saying I was not offered courteous and professional service from your location, and I will absolutely not come back again. No matter what my needs are. And I will surely not recommend you to anyone that I know who owns pets. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years, and feel that I treated your employees with more respect than I was shown despite the circumstances.

    Cut my baby boy

    My girlfriend dropped off our Maltese for a "express groom " not to be put in the kennel . She left and picked me up from work about three miles from pet smart then dropped me off at pets,art so I could keep an eye on him while he was getting groomed. The reason for paying extra for the express groom was to not stress him out by being put in a kennel. The cut was short and looked ok. The groomer said she saw a red spot at the base of his tail what she did not say anything about was the multiple cuts and razor burns all over him. The following morning we had to take him to the emergency vet hospital due to the cuts and razor burns and a reaction to the cosmetics that they use !,, he is still suffering and I am mad as hell , he has been to a " real" groomer many times without any problems . Since the grooming on 5/22/15 we have had to constantly hold and soothe him he is still not the same little boy he was before the pets art groom. Do not take your dog there if you care about it why didn't the groomer say anything about how she terrorized my baby and cut him up so bad ? I will post another review after I speak with petsmart today

    Took my dog there they clip his nail's and we had to take him to a vet. They hurt him really bad. Will never go back there.
