Service was great. Food was great. They brought our dog water immediately and even have an option of purchasing grilled chicken or a hamburger for your dog. Everyone was super friendly and treated our dog like the guest he was.

Let me start with the positive first. The atmosphere and music were great. We came a year or so ago, and had good memories of the place.
But we came again tonight to relive the nostalgic moments, and boy were we disappointed. My family was treated so poorly and with such disdain. All this place cares about is your money. Human decency is out the door.
My family arrived at 6:00pm to meet my extended family at Shenanigans. To say the service was poor and would be disingenuous. There was no service. We sat there for an hour and a half and not one server acknowledged our existence, My husband went into the bar area and begged someone for service. I later found out a waitress told my cousin before we had even arrived that "white people don't know how to follow instructions." My husband is white!
Next, we ordered from the food menu. I ordered the fish and chips, because the menu advertised two pieces of fish, and I thought that would be the perfect meal to share with my hubby. The waitress brought it out with an attitude and grudge, dropping it in front of me. One piece of cold soggy fish and equally sad and limp fries. I sent my husband back to inquire what happened to the other half of our meal. Their response was, "Never mind what the menu says, we go by the QR code."
The topper of the evening was when we ordered drinks. And just when we got them, the waitress told us we had to leave because it was 9:30 and our 17-year-old son was with us, enjoying the music. I told the waitress there is no sign posted and your website states otherwise, would it be okay to leave at 10, as per the California curfew? The website only states that no one under 21 is allowed to drink alcohol, and cannot be here without a parent. No problem. I understand rules and policy. But then another employee comes out like a raging bull telling us we had to leave. I asked if I could speak to the manager. Her response to this was summoning their 3-man security force to escort us out. To say this was embarrassing is an understatement.
It would have been nice to be forewarned, ahead of time, so we could plan our drinks and food orders accordingly. It was 9:30pm and I was booted. My initial reason for visiting was to enjoy a bite to eat and the live band I was nowhere near drunk as accused.
What kind of threat is a lady in a wheelchair enjoying the night with family?
I guess we won't be back. Customer service and care for establishment matters. It is unfortunate that the purchasing of liquor is the only thing that will keep your business alive for now.
- AnnaApr 23, 2023great food, decent space for dogs
we had a great meal here- the staff was pretty accommodating to our medium size dog. the hostess did say they “don’t like to sit dogs in certain areas on the patio” because they “tend to lay down and get in the way” but our actual server was very kind to our dog and brought him water right away. the food is also really good. it’s a small patio so that’s something to keep in mind if you have a bigger dog like us or you’re going during a busy time.

They were so accommodating to our little Lucy! Brought her water as soon as we sat and delivered her grilled chicken in a dog-ready dish. Service was prompt and more than one server checked on us. Seating area is lovely with umbrellaed tables on a large deck. Highly recommend! 👌🏻

We sat on the deck on a very chilly and windy day. No heaters anywhere. We stayed there because we were very hungry! The food was ok. Please provide an adequate setting for dog owners in cold weather. We also deserve good service!
- Rocky & ZuzuMay 6, 2021Good food, good to the pups
Excellent shepherds pie and fish/chips. Very pet friendly outdoor seating and clear dog loving staff.

We had a nice NGA day trip and I enjoyed my lunch (Fish and Chips) with Ash welcomed as our guest, water bowl provided at their cute outdoor patio!
- NikiNov 24, 2019Amazing! Best Dog Friendly Experience
Love the leash rings, instantly brought out a bowl of water and when I ordered mashed potatoes for my pup the brought it in a dog bowl! So friendly and so attentive even with a packed patio!
- MeganJun 13, 2018Not as Dog Friendly as Expected....
We went for dinner on a Saturday night and the porch was crowded, although we were the only patrons with a dog. The fencing of the porch had clips for us to hook her leash, but no one brought water or paid her any mind.
Then musicians began setting up about a yard away from our table - not very pet friendly to have music blaring through speakers into your dogs ears in a crowded patio.
The food was delicious and the service was attentive, but I would classify my experience as dog-tolerant, but not dog-friendly. - StephanieMore than a year agoGreat Spot
After a full day of jeepin' it was the perfect place for friends and pups. Food was really good and service was excellent. Great drinks too.
- HarrisonMore than a year agoGood for the doggie
Back deck is doggie friendly, there were 2 others plus mine. They even have dog bowls for the water. Un like some places that have some sort of container that is easily knocked over.
