Goose & Gander serves an innovative selection of rustic American cuisine and tapas in a modern and subdued atmosphere that welcomes dogs at outside tables. Patrons can sample from a diverse and flavorful menu that includes charcuterie, artisan cheese plates, duck fat fries, roasted bone marrow, dry rub pork ribs, lamb tartare, foie gras, grilled Spanish octopus, grilled Alaskan halibut, grass fed beef burgers, fettuccine carbonara, and half roasted young chicken.
