Grab one of the two tables outside of the pet-friendly Smokehouse 21, and check out their selection of dry rubbed barbecue meats and veggies. All of the ingredients, from the meat to the bread are all locally sourced. Smokehouse 21 has barbecue standards like Pulled Pork and Smoked Brisket, but also slightly less common items like Smoked Steelhead Trout and Pork Cheeks. Since all the meat is dry rubbed, diners can choose what sauces they'd like to use, from spicy Texan to the mustard-based Carolinian. Open Monday through Thursday 11am to 11pm, Friday 11am to 12am, Saturday 10am to 12am, and Sunday 10am to 11pm.
