La Brea Bakery on South La Brea Avenue is most well known for preparing partially baked artisan bread used by restaurants all over LA. However, their bakery-cafes also offer an interesting selection of treats for breakfast and lunch. Fido can join you at one of their eight dog-friendly tables for breakfast, which is served all day, including ricotta pancakes, classic French toast, eggs any style, and mushroom and feta frittata. If you want to get a taste of that infamous bread, then order one of their tasty sandwiches, such as turkey avocado, stuffed with roasted turkey breast, arugula, chipotle mayo, and avocado on wheat bread. Please note that table service isn't available, so your dog will need to be tied up outside when you go in to order.
