We had lunch here in mid July. The shaded tables were nice and it was cool outside. Lunch and breakfast was very affordable. Great value for the money. It sits right on a busy corner, but it was quaint.

This is one of the nicer dog friendly motels. It was built in 2009 but still looks very nice. My only objection, was that it had no breakfast. Other than that it was quiet, clean, and very affordable at under $90. Plus there is no extra fee for a dog like there is at best Western plus.

I would give it five bones but the smoke smell on the first floor was very intense. Also, you had to ask for sausage and eggs as they were not out in the buffet area. I don’t understand why owners don’t isolate smoking rooms to the third-floor, so other people don’t have to walk down hallways on the first floor to smell it. Other than that I would stay here again.

We stayed one night with our very large golden doodle. He is voice trained, so we never use a leash. Nobody in the motel said anything derogatory about an unleashed dog. They seem to be very accommodating, and even have rooms where there have not ever been any cats. That was huge for me, as I am very allergic to cats. We would definitely stay here again. The rate, for a king suite, including the dog fee was $134. I think it is a bit pricey for the area, but it was new and clean. They had bacon eggs and sausage for breakfast, along with pastries.

we had the baked seafood pasta and a pulled pork sandwich. Both were very good

The fish and chips were not good at all
