Nice for a night. Front desk staff were a bit slow at check-in but friendly. The room was nice, plenty of grassy areas and everyone was friendly to our dog.

It's run down and dirty. The staff are surly. There were many shady people hanging around and the cops were in the lobby looking for someone. On the positive side it was cheap and there's a nice park adjacent. If we had to stay in the area again we'd drive a bit further to Watertown.

It's a neat old inn. Our room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly to us and our dog. Nice park nearby on Cazenovia lake to walk. I would not pay to eat in the restaurant again. The food was poor quality, expensive, and the waitress was not very attentive. Breakfast was good, but get there early before the old people feeding frenzy begins.

Nothing fancy, clean, quiet, cheap, dog friendly, reasonably close to Presque Isle. Would stay again.

This place was a surprise gem! The staff were super friendly. The entire place was clean, bright, quiet, and comfortable. Our room had a nice balcony. The breakfast bar was very nice - the croissant were the best I’ve had in a long time. The hotel is adjacent to a very nice flat walking trail. We loved this place!

This place has seen better days The barmaid/front desk person who checked us in was rather abrupt. The room was comfortable enough, but was worn and dated. The stairs to the second floor were awkwardly steep. The place was full of children running up and down the halls, people slamming doors, and barking dogs. It was OK for one night, but I would not stay longer and in the future I will look elsewhere.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly with us and our dog. The rooftop patio was very nice. The location was good - we walked around downtown and to the old canal locks and felt relatively safe. The only slightly inconvenient part was the parking. You cannot access the parking lot until you check in and get an access code. It was unclear where to park while you check in.

We really enjoyed the contactless check-in. They texted us when the room was ready with the code for the door. This is an updated motor court, which we really liked. The room was comfortable. The devils pulpit trail across the road is a fun hike. The breakfast bar was very nice. The room smelled slightly stale and like cat urine when we arrived. Opening the windows for a few hours solved the problem.

I had reserved a king room for my dog and I. When I arrived the guy behind the desk told me they didn't have any dog rooms. He agreed to let us stay in a non-dog room upstairs, but when we opened the door it was 2 doubles. Not a huge deal and I didn't make an issue out of it, but it was not what I reserved. The lobby smelled strongly of marijuana smoke, which was a little surprising. Next time, I'll stay elsewhere.
