From the friendly greeting at check-in to them saying hello to my Edna, this Tru is wonderful. They have no problem with your dog sleeping on the bed 😁 Nice quiet area and conveniently next door to a PetSmart.

First the good, great location off the highway and nice to have a fenced dog run so they can be off leash. Dedicated dog rooms on the first floor by an exit which is very convenient. Then the not so good. They make you sign a paper that you won’t let the dog on the bed or they’ll charge you an extra cleaning fee. I always put my dog’s blanket on the bed so she doesn’t make a mess…she was very unhappy sleeping on the floor. The room smelled strongly of urine but they did apologize for that.
