
Some of the Red Roof Inns are trashy! You are giving yourselves a bad reputation. This Red Roof Inn is pretty nice. We have stayed at RRI several times so we are not newbies.

When I reserved the room I requested a ground floor room. They said it wasn’t there. This was disappointing. The buttons on the ac/heating unit were pushed in so far that they didn’t seem to work. We had to contact the front office to have someone turn it on. We were concerned we would break it or get electric shocked. The room was very clean and very quiet. The shower was nice also. All in all it was pretty nice.

The pictures are much better than what we experienced! This was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in!! We have 2 small dogs (YorkieChon & Shihtzu). They stuck us in the back upper part of the hotel. The room was pathetic and we will NEVER stay here again. So many things were wrong with the room. I actually wrote to Red Roof in Corporate office but I never heard back from them. The day we stayed I went down and complained and asked for another room on the bottom floor. The person at the counter said that the OWNER of the hotel didn’t want people with pets to stay on the bottom floor!! I told them this should be advertised that they discriminate against people with pets although they WELCOME people with pets!! Pathetic hotel and pathetic owner!!!

We are so happy we chose La Quinta to stay last night!! Beautiful room, very clean, wonderful breakfast, great bathroom and comfortable bed!! Our pets loved it too. Our heater/air conditioner didn’t work right but that the only negative. We are planning to stay here next year too.
