Middle of the road for Santa Cruz. Needs to be updated. Bed was too hard for me. Woman at front desk was very nice. Parking can be tight. Decent price for Santa Cruz.

Nice clean place. Great rooms. Bed was a little firm for my liking. Very good breakfast and coffee. Staff very friendly! Definitely will go back.

Great place to stay. Pros: great pool/hot tub, nice bar/restaurant, nice people, good gym, good coffee in the room. Cons: rooms are a bit warm and a/c never seems to help, charged me $28 a night for parking, ugh!
