Seems you can tell when a hotel is corporate owned or a franchise, at least in my experience. This is a franchise hotel. Just checked in. Carpet is filthy, hallways need a good vacuum. They do allow dogs but there aren’t a lot of potty places unless you walk to the nearby Hampton Inn. Ice maker didn’t work, elevator was dirty… it just didn’t feel “clean” like some places do. We won’t be in this area again but if we were, I’d stay someplace else.

Darling, comfortable, beach access, clean and so charming! We won’t be back this way but if we were, we’d stay again. Will definitely recommend to friends headed this way!

My hub had the lamb burger and I had the hummus and a bowl of the mushroom/spinach soup. Our meal was delicious and our server was wonderful. They fussed over Harley and gave him some water. I don’t have a picture because we were too busy devouring our meal! Highly recommend this place - also great for people watching!

The service was great, the musician was great, the weather was great and the entire afternoon was very enjoyable. We each had a shrimp cocktail and a beer after a short walk on the boardwalk. So relaxing and enjoyable….fabulous Sunday afternoon!
