We like to stop on the way to Santa Cruz. It has a large and small dog park, with wood chips, porta potties and even a kids skatepark and bike park adjacent

We like to take our husky here when we visit Vegas. There are three large dog runs and walking paths. Great playgrounds for kids too!

Lots of sniffs. Beautiful canyon. Bring a walking stick for the 13 stream crossings and a towel to dry dogs legs. Recommend arriving early as the parking lot fills up fast.

Ok dog park for a quick leg stretch. No grass, all sand. There are a lot of homeless in the parking lot and in the park itself.

Nice neighborhood dog park with small and large areas. Poop bags and benches provided. Right next to a really nice paved trail for biking it walking.

The butterfly grove is located just south of the RV park and campground, and half a mile south of Pismo Beach just off Hwy 1. Open Nov - Feb. Very pretty walk. Nice for families and for kids also.

It’s pretty with a nice beach but dogs aren’t allowed on beaches or trails, so there’s little your pet can do.

Everytime we visit Quartzite for one of their events we take our dog here. He loves to visit with all the other dogs. We always meet people and pets who are visitors from around the country, and always friendly.

OK local trail. Not very picturesque. Dogs are only allowed on the first part of the main trail.

Across from gas station. Great place to let your dog stretch there legs in a grassy area before visiting the park.

it’s just a gas station. No pet area.
