Delicious food!
Zippy's BaduraWe were very excited to eat at Zippy’s, this is the first location outside of Hawaii! The food is super delicious, and if you order from the takeout menu, it’s cheaper than the dine-in menu. There’s a outside patio to eat with your pup. Plenty of spaces! We enjoyed our dining experience here, and I hope you will, too!
Fun place and delicious food
Tropicaliwho knew there’s such poke in the mountains. we were there on a Friday lunch, and the line to order was out the door. It was our first time there. It’s such a fun atmosphere. The food is really delicious and there are lots of outdoor dining spaces for you and your pooch. Highly recommended!
Most dog-friendly national park!
Petrified Forest National ParkThis is the most dog-friendly national park we’ve been too! dogs can go pretty much everywhere except inside buildings. Chanel became a Bark Ranger and got her certificate! The park ranger even gave us some poop bags and dog treats. Humans and pup really enjoyed our visit!
Good location, reasonable prices
Sedona Village LodgeWe stayed two nights at Sedona Village Lodge in the beginning of February. We booked a king room with kitchenette in the new building. The room is very clean and spacious. This boutique hotel is located in the back of a shopping center, so there are plenty of free parking. There is an empty lot right next to the hotel, but be careful of little prickly spikes hurting their paws.
The bed is very comfy, there is also a nice fireplace in the room. They use good toilet paper for the bathroom, not the usual one-ply paper used by most hotels. Showering does a bit cold because there’s no shower door. They can put in more towels bars. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, especially given the high prices in Sedona.
Dog friendly patio with great food
Splash CafeThere is a small narrow patio on the side of the restaurant’ where we ate with our dog. There were two other well-behaved dogs at the table next to ours. I think there are a few tables out in the front of the restaurant as well where you and your furry pal can sit. The food is great as always. They also have a bakery inside the restaurant that the Pismo beach location does not have. So check it out!
Large patio, great fish and chips
Tognazzini's Dockside TooThey have a large patio where you can enjoy great food and views with your pup(s). There are leash hooks at some tables. The fish and chips is always good when we go there with our large family. Condiments and utensils are self-serve. There is often live music during the weekend when we are there for lunch. Highly recommend!
