Good location. Staff was friendly, but they weren't super helpful. We encountered quite a few issues, but some were unavoidable by the hotel. My real issue was the "dog-friendliness." The policy is not clear but once there, the long list of requirements were hardly enforced. The outside area was small and disgusting, including broken glass, chicken bones, and beer cans. My dogs wouldn't use it, and it wasn't cleaned up the whole 6 days we stayed. Luckily, there is a much larger grassy area further down the street, although not as safe at night.
