Overall this was a good experience. We had a long night where we had booked at another hotel, but due to weather they had a power outage and couldn’t get us checked into a room. This lead us to finding a new location to stay, we found the Holiday Inn and they were great! We were lucky they had rooms available, front staff was friendly and my favorite part is that they were knowledgeable on service dog laws. I often have to argue with people when I travel with both my service dog and pet dog and I did not have to do that. I would absolutely stay here again. Plus the rooms were very clean, great breakfast etc.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The sheets were dirty, the mattress was falling apart. There was also old cigarettes in the room behind the dresser. You could also hear everything around you, including people talking and yelling. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and seemed bothered when I went to check in because she was on the phone with a friend.

The front desk was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. There was a nice place to walk the dogs and good restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people driving through and would go there again if needed.
