Fantastic Hotel!

I was the assistant manager of a Ramada Inn in the 90s and am very particular about where we stay. This room was the nicest we have ever stayed in, and we usually spend over $200 and stay mainly at Embassy Suites or higher-end hotels. This was our first road trip with the dogs, and we had never stayed in a hotel that allowed dogs, so we expected it to be old and dirty. The room looked brand new. The decor was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. There was a living room area and a full kitchen in the room.

The outside of the hotel is cute and updated also. We slept in, so we didn't get to check out the breakfast because they closed at 9 am. A secret garden is in the back for the dogs to go to the bathroom. The room had everything first class down to the smallest detail, like a floor heater and extra blankets, and I even saw a fly net and floor fan for the door to use in the summer. Around the hotel are murals on the walls in the staircases. At least 4 feet of packed snow were everywhere, but I noticed a playhouse sticking out. Kudos!

Great hotel for dogs!

I haven't stayed at a Motel 6 since I was a little girl. Except once and it was a dump. This was the first time traveling with two big dogs. Because of the great reviews we decided to try Motel 6. WOW! We ended up staying at three different Motel 6's on our road trip and they were ALL remodeled and extremely clean. I think hotels should have removed the carpet. long time ago. They had new wood laminate floors, new furniture, everything updated. The rates are fantastic! Know that there aren't any extras. No shampoo, no hair dryer, just the basics.

Perfect!

I haven’t stayed at Motel 6 since I was little girl and it was a dump. This Motel 6 has its act together! No carpet keeps rooms clean. Rooms were updated. We were very impressed. And not charging extra for dog is fantastic. We will be staying with Motel 6 from now in with or without dog. Reminds me of Spirit Airlines. No frills just low price. No shampoo, hair dryer, but very clean! We are very picky too!
