Very decent!
Sleep Inn & Suites Kingsport TriCities AirportNot quite 5 bones due to small things here and there (broken remote, paw print stain on white sheets, other dogs barking). This hotel was completely adequate. Vinyl flooring was a very nice touch for a pet friendly room! You can hear every door shut, and the side door leading outside didn’t actually lock so anyone could have come in. It was fine for two nights though, I felt safe. Front desk was very nice. The breakfast was super lackluster though, and gone before 9am.
Fine in a pinch
Comfort Inn Wytheville - Fort ChiswellI realized I wasn’t going to make it to my destination in time, so I quickly booked this for me and my pup. This isn’t worth the $150 I paid though. There’s a very small pet relief area, but mall parking lots generally have more room. My room seems to have a broken heater as well, as it was so unbearably hot when I walked in that I had to have the windows open in the dead of winter. I turned it to cooling, and within 20 minutes it had an error code and was back to spewing heat. It’s fine for a single night I guess.
