Not the greatest but worked in a pinch

We stopped here enroute home from FL and just needed a place to sleep for the night. It was close to the highway and not to far from an amazing dog park. It really needs some paint, the appliances were old but seemed operational, there were burn holes in the comforters on the bed and the beds seemed really old. There were marks and liquid stains on the walls, and water damage on the floor and the sinks were cracked. We didn't use the shower, but the toilet worked. The chair in the room has definitely seen some stuff. The staff was nice and courteous. It seems like it used to be well kept but has gone downhill. We were happy to check-in at midnight and have a place for our dogs, but probably would not have been my first pick.

Saved from a bad rental

We ended up staying here after our Airbnb that we had booked for months was not as advertised. The room was about twice the size of our "studio" Airbnb which was such a relief. The pet fee was decent and in line with what we've paid previously. We traveled with our two Standard Poodles and we happy to find a partially enclosed area behind the hotel and an open grassy area at the back of the parking lot. The parking lot was huge and there was a 24 hour CVS next door and a Walgreens across the street. Plus, they have some foods and beverages available on site.

Check-in was easy. There was an elevator. Breakfast was free and offered typical breakfast foods. The rooms were clean, linens were spotless. The room was cool. We enjoyed relaxing and watching TV at night. The shower was hot and had ample shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in bulk so you didn't have to ration and there was less waste. It was pretty quiet but there was extra vehicle noise on Friday night. A few nights we heard kids screaming from other rooms. We saw staff cleaning often so they definitely prioritize that! The location was great as it was easy to access the highway/turnpike. We didn't get harassed or bullied about out dogs and the staff was friendly. We booked our stay through BringFido so I'll definitely recommend this hotel for folks traveling with pets.

Great shady swim spot!

We were displaced for the afternoon and needed a cool spot to chill with our dogs and keep cool. This is a nicely shaded and clean area! I think the water has a copper fungicide in it or Methylene blue to control fungal blooms. Our dogs had no problems at all and had fun exploring and playing in the water fetching balls. I did get yelled at for being in the water fetching balls for dogs that didnt get them. So not for human swimming. Folks seemed to pick up well after their dogs and were friendly.

Excessive pet fee

We went for a 4 day holiday a s upon checking out didn't realize the pet fees was $60 per pet PER day! What are we paying for? We fed and walked our own dogs. We didn't even find the area for walking dogs and instead used the park across the street and the dog park. Our room had a nasty water leak in the past and the carpet was stained. There was mold in the bathroom. The cover to the shower drain wasn't secured, and there was no stopper to the bathroom sink so who knows how many earrings and contact have been lost down it. The coffee maker wasn't plugged in and there was no outlet nearby.

The room was severely lacking furniture. The fridge was in desperate need of defrosting. The elevators were challenging to figure out since many didn't indicate the direction of travel. Parking is $22 per night self parking in their garage or $30 for valet. There is a resort fee of $15 per day. There is another daily room tax rate There are surcharges for credit card use. Our stay cost $400 for humans and $480 for the dogs and another $200 in fees! How are the dogs more expensive than 2 humans??????

Very Dog Friendly

When seating is they asked if the location was okay for our dog. They brought out water for her as well. A few of the waitstaff can over to pet our dog and say hi. Definitely recommend!

Great stay!

What a great hotel! Bark Bar in the lobby, free gift of a travel water dish and ball, plus the cleaning folks left treats! The room was clean and big enough after we rearranged furniture (LOL). There was way too much furniture in the room, I almost moved it to the hall. Hahaha. We rearranged stuff to have more space and it worked for us and our standard Poodle. Lots of dogs and there is a giant park across the street to let them potty.

Loved it!

Such great food! Brought water out for our dog. We ordered her a kids meal which she enjoyed - scrambled egg, pork-rinds, and a biscuit. If you go - humans need to try the Trot on Over. Omg....delicious! Great service, great atmosphere, fantastic food!
