Great place to take the dogs

We had the absolute BEST time here with our dogs today!!! They played in the lake and we hiked a total of about 6 miles. The only downside at all is that there are no restrooms or port a John's but that is an extremely minor inconvenience.

The food was good and the staff was nice. The deck was very pet friendly. I found it to be a but expensive, but all in all a nice experience.

Nice trails. I'm glad we stopped. We took the homestead trail to the beach. It was a pleasant and easy walk.

The facility was clean and the staff very friendly. We were traveling with 5 dogs. When we checked in they said there was a 2 dog limit per room. They accommodated us, but it was frustrating, especially after being on the road so long. There is a $20/pet fee, which is fair but I wanted other owners to be aware of the surcharge. That said, if I was traveling with fewer, I would stay here again. The facility and staff are great.
