Great clean lawn for relief area. Room that I booked in advance for a ONE King room for a specific reason. We were assigned a room with 2 beds. When I asked why at the front desk, I was given a confusing reason that we “were among 30 other guests who also did not get what they reserved.” That we could live with, however, the floor was dirty with hair and food crumbs and spills of some sort. The management couldn’t come to see the debris, but sent a maid with a mop. Cleaned but still not clean. Will not stay here again!

We stayed in a downstairs room with our Pet on NY Day 2024. David the owner was so accommodating with pets, pick up with a car hauler parking close to our room. The room was very clean, modestly furnished like the retro times were. Mattress was fabulous. We had everything we needed. There is a dog run fully fenced. To top off great lodging here, we walked just across the street, and had a nice breakfast at Kix 66!

Lots of grassy areas. Very nice staff. Beautiful, clean room.

Very helpful and kind clerk that checked us in. Room very clean and pet friendly. We could walk just feet behind the hotel and walk our pup. Beautiful RV park and river there.
