Go elsewhere

I didn't give it a 1 bone because they found us a new room after we found hair and blood in the bathtub. Other than that, this place is horrible. Stay anywhere else. At checkout, you are given the manager's email address on the back of the receipt in case you have any concerns. Unfortunately, it has been copied so many times that I could not read the email address. We were initially given a room in building D. The security door didn't latch unless you pulled hard on it, so there were safety concerns.

There were kids upstairs dropping garbage off the balcony. A lady across the parking lot left her toddlers in diapers when she went to find a guy who I'm assuming she knew as they were fighting whenever I saw them and she returned with him later with a pizza. The kids were standing in the window waiting for her to return. The people next to us were on their patio smoking something. When they lit it, I didn't smell weed or tobacco, so I'm not sure what they were smoking. The building was very worn and depressing. There were hinky electrical setups and lots of dust. I'm not sure the last time the halls had been vacuumed.

When we checked in, we were initially discouraged from parking there, I think she said staff parked back there, I had difficulty understanding her with her accent. After we were moved to a new building, even though it looked the same, it did not have the same depressing feel to it. We didn't allow our child in the pool or water park based on the poor maintenance and cleanliness of the building overall. I would never stay here if I was alone simply because it's not safe to take your dog out after dark.
