Plenty of love and grass

Definitely going to come back to this property! Every staff member made sure we were both hydrated bringing us water constantly. Very well behaved/Service Animals are welcome everywhere even the dining room if you’re animal is a necessity (they actually understand here and not look at you funny). Paul, Carmelo, Jessica, Kalyn, Zamahara, Mike, Mateo, BB, Peter… too many wonderful staff to name! My Brownie felt like a prince and you’ll love the fountain and two waterfall pools. BONUS they have working Hoyer lifts for each pool and plenty of accessible rooms for us disabled and differently abled folks!!!!!

Disabled & Delighted!!!

Being in a wheelchair comes with many challenges. One of them finding a place to stay that is functionally handicap accessible and accepts service dogs. Not to mention the discrimination that goes along with it and many lose patience with my disabilities. NOT HERE!!!! Sure we all have our complaints but everything will never be perfect. We were on the fourth floor. I always worry with long carpets and not having ground floor rooms. They made sure our room had a beautiful view, directly across from the elevator and large enough for me and my chair to get around in! BONUS, the pool actually has a working Hoyer lift!!!! The poolside service makes not having to get out of the pool until ready makes it ideal for relaxing water therapy.

So many lovely grassy areas to walk pets around in on the property. More than I’ve seen at many. Whenever we were stopped, the staff made sure Mr. Brownie had water to sip as we chatted. Pet waste bags, hand sanitizer and wipes are at the desks. From our interactions with the Concierge and Bell Hops to the amazing Luis, Mateo, Jose, Natasha and all the ladies at the Spa just too many to mention. We will be making this a favorite spot! If you have kids they’ll love the lazy river and water park. You must stay here at least once. You and your fur baby will feel spoiled. AMAZING AND AN ADVENTURE YOU’LL NEVER FORGET !!!
