Clean and cute
Casa MoradaWe thought this place was clean and cute, and stayed in the Gumbo Limbo room. Was very worried after reading numerous bad reviews, but our stay was one of our best in Islamorada. The small couch was comfy for tv, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was nice. We didn’t use all the extras on site, but the bar was very nice to watch the sunset. The pool and beach area were beautiful. There was a bartender there who was very nice each night we went. They have bikes and kayaks too. Very convenient to Lorelei restaurant down the street. Plenty of space to walk your dog around, but they do need more trash cans on site! Our Ernie loved to explore the grassy areas or just run on the sandy trail. It is expensive, but this place is beautiful and quiet with alot to offer. Would definitely stay here again and plan to do so! Thank you for being pet friendly!
Nice!
Hampton Inn Key West FLNice, comfy, and clean! updated rooms and a very nice breakfast. Plenty of room to walk your dog and you can even cross the street to watch the sunrise. Nice pool with a bar, shuttle to downtown, and friendly staff. Really happy with this hotel and all it has to offer being close to where we want to go! Really enjoyed our stay and thankful they allow dogs.
A nice surprise!
Hampton Inn Santee-I-95What a nice surprise! Really nice hotel, updated, and clean! Our basset hound, Ernie even got a bag with two treats and a poop bag! :) There are poop stations at the back of the hotel and small patches of grass. However, I would go through the main doors and out to your left to the front of the hotel. Much bigger field there. One word of caution - in the back of the hotel, where the poop stations are, I’d steer clear of going out there. Very questionable motel with not the best people. Cops were out there on the morning we were leaving. Stay out front! We had a really good breakfast and very nice hotel staff.
Good location and clean
Homewood Suites by Hilton Newtown - Langhorne PAStayed here for almost a week with our Basset Hound, Ernie. Convenient to all major roads, a nice park up the road, and a good breakfast every morning. Plenty of space and sidewalks to walk your dog with pet stations too. Good pizza place in walking distance too. Does get a bit noisy at times with kids going to Sesame Place, but for us, it was a very nice stay! Definitely recommend!
Great place for the night
Hampton Inn BensonDriving up from Florida for almost 11 hours, we found this pet friendly hotel. very nice, very friendly, good breakfast, and a clean room for the night. We enjoyed our stay and our Basset Hound, Ernie enjoyed the dog park next door in the morning. Nice to let him run off leash! Would definitely stay here again!
Dog friendly deck!
Wahoo's Bar and GrillThis is a great place to go with your pupper! We weren’t sure about the steps, but our Basset Hound, Ernie made it up! They do have a little elevator just in case. Good drinks and food with a great view. You can see boats coming in with the day’s catch too! They even asked if we needed a water bowl, but we brought one. At the time we went, it was shady and breezy on the deck, so it worked out good for Ernie. He even made a friend up there. Very friendly staff and people passing by! One of our go to places!!!
Nice location!
Hampton Inn Key LargoVery nice hotel in a good location. It’s very helpful to have a hotel that allows our dog to stay with us. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast! A beautiful beach and pool that we will come back to!!!! Easy access from first or second floor and clean rooms! Can’t wait to come back for more than just an overnight!!
Great little beach
Bonita Beach Dog ParkWhat a great time we had! We didn’t know if our Basset Hound would like the water and beach, but he did! He did have to wade through some water, but it wasn’t too bad for him. If you have a smaller dog, just try to stay near the edges where it’s more shallow. After that, just follow a short path and you arrive at the beach! The size is pretty good, but I can see it getting very crowded there if you don’t go early. Read the other reviews and went on a weekday and it wasn’t so bad. We stayed about an hour and a half and “Ernie” had fun exploring and playing with other dogs. Don’t forget to bring water! Look for the doggie shower when you leave too!!! A really fun and pretty beach for you and your dog!
Was ok
Home2 Suites by Hilton Florence SCThis hotel was just ok. The floor in the kitchen area was sticky. When I wiped up some water from my dog after he was drinking, the paper towel was really dirty. The bathroom and toilet weren’t the cleanest either. Watch out all around the hotel if you walk in the grass too. I stepped in dog poop twice, and my husband once. We were only there one night! I understand not at the fault of the hotel. They do provide poop bags and trash cans. Probably will stay somewhere else next time when in this area.
Very nice
Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia LanghorneI stayed here for a week and a half with my Basset Hound, Ernie. The staff was so nice, had a good breakfast every morning, and very close to many places. Ernie got treats and pats on the head almost every morning from the front desk girls. Plenty of space to walk, and grassy areas that have poop bags and trash cans. The room was clean and didn’t ever smell like a dog. Heard a few barks here and there, but overall a pretty quiet hotel. Lots of kids because it’s close to Sesame Place, but we enjoyed our stay. Definitely would recommend.
Good, but smelly
Hilton Garden Inn Roanoke RapidsNice hotel after driving all day. Great food at the bar, and a very friendly staff! Our room was clean, but smelled like a dog. Made you think it was more dirty. Good place for us and our basset hound though. If only the room didn’t smell so bad!!
Nice place you may miss!
7 Mile GrillSuch a great little bar and grill right before the Seven Miile Bridge! We stopped in years ago and always visit each time we are in the Keys! Great beer, food, and get the Key Lime Pie! I even took one home for my birthday and the owner was so nice to write on it for me! We took our dog and sat out on the patio at a table. They brought out a bowl of water for him and he got lots of love from the staff and customers. We love coming here with or without our pup!! Always very friendly!
So dog friendly!!!
The Florida Boy Bar and GrillWe visited The Florida Boy many times during our month stay. We took our dog three times, and sat at the bar outside twice, and a table once. They were very pet friendly and always brought a water bowl for him even though I would bring one too. They have a nice outside area and the food is great!!! We met other dogs and dog friendly people! Such a great bar/restaurant to visit!
Cutest place to shop
Latitude 25 - Permanently ClosedAlways find great souvenirs or clothing at this shop! Really nice pet section and I always stop in quite a few times while in the area. I decided to take my Basset Hound, Ernie during one visit and everowas so nice. Asking questions about him and giving him treats. Not only is the pet section really good, but you can also buy treats near the register, where the money goes to shelter pets. Ernie loved those treats alot. Stop in to see the great selection of merchandise and bring your pup!
Fun dog place
Lorelei Cabana Bar & RestaurantWe took our Basset Hound, Ernie and sat at one of the tables by the bar. I did bring a bowl for him, and asked for water, which the waitress brought over as soon as I asked. We were there awhile and enjoyed our food and great sunset. Each time we went there, a few dogs were always around. We stopped in without our dog quite a bit and enjoyed a few drinks watching the sunset in the wooden chairs by the bar. We also enjoyed going for the Sunday School mimosa, Bloody Marys, and breakfast. Always a nice place to see the sunset!
Good bar and Great food
The Ocean View Pub & InnWe took our Basset Hound, Ernie on a crowded Sunday to watch football. He did really well, but I’d recommend taking a pup at a less crowded time. It would be more relaxing for the pet and owner. I brought my own bowl and water, but I’m sure at a less busy time, they would get you some. The waitresses and bartenders are very nice and the burgers are just awesome. They have a nice area for your dog to go, and we even walked him down the wooden deck to see the water. They have a great area outside at the bar and also big tables!
Favorite place!
Lazy Days RestaurantWe have always loved going to Lazy Days, but this time we brought our Basset Hound. We only sat at the beach bar with him, and the bartender did ask if we needed water for him. I usually bring a travel bowl and water, so I didn’t need it. We only brought Ernie along with us once, but during our many visits, you always see dogs at the bar or at the tables on the beach. We always enjoy the food and they have the best bartenders!!!! Best happy hour around too!!
Good Location And Nice
Residence Inn Marriott FlorencePulled over for the night after driving all day from Florida. Very nice at the front desk, and got a second floor room near some steps. That helped getting our Basset Hound, Ernie in and out a few times. You get a hanger for the door to say a pet is inside and are allowed to leave them in the room to go out. We went to a nearby Chili’s and left Ernie in his travel crate. The room was really nice and we wished we had time to enjoy it more. Very nice patio and pool outside. Breakfast in the morning, and a very nice kitchen area in the room. Very comfy to stay overnight and convenient to the highway with plenty of places to eat and get gas!
Good and convenient location
Hampton Inn Savannah-I-95-NorthAfter driving all day from Pennsylvania, we had to pull over off I-95 for some rest. No problem on Thanksgiving night to get a room for us and our Basset Hound. We asked for a low level room and got one on the first floor. Our room was very convenient to a side exit that had plenty of space to let our dog “go”. Even had poop bags and trash cans. A good and clean room for a overnight stay!!
