High peaks is our absolute favorite pet friendly resort at which we have stayed! We book a lakefront room, and every other room has a dog, which makes us feel right at home. Everything you need is in walking distance, and everyone is friendly. Lake placid is a safe town with gorgeous views and a ton to keep you entertained!

We enjoyed our time at the Naswa! Call the resort directly to book the colorful cottages, which are fabulous. The view is spectacular and price is great. Everything you need is 10-15 minutes away.

I was SO excited to go to Bruster's after reading that they are dog friendly. I read their extensive list of flavors online, and my excitement grew. Then, after driving 16 miles to get there, I found that the flavor list was a fraction of what I saw online - basic flavors. I was devastated and forwent making a purchase.
