Terrific place even without a dog
Dajio RestaurantWe had a delicious lunch on the patio at Dajio today. The space is nice and there is a wall for some privacy from the street. They were very welcoming to our dog and the food was delicious! They have rosemary fries that were wonderful and great sandwiches and shrimp tacos. The dinner menu sounded great. We would definitely go back with our dog and would even go if we were there without her. Thank you, BringFido for a terrific recommendation!!

Just Okay
Days Inn by Wyndham RoswellThe Days Inn Roswell has a good location and no pet fee. The room was spacious for a Days Inn, but tired looking. There is no outlet in the bathroom so you can’t dry your hair, shave, etc. by the sink. The woman at check in was very nice, but we were gone all day and when we returned our room hadn’t been serviced in spite of our hanging the request tag on the door. Not much green space for a dog and no disposal can. You could probably do better.

Loved This Hotel
The Emily Morgan San Antonio - A DoubleTree by HiltonThis hotel is fabulous for travelers with a dog. They have water and treats in the lobby and everyone seems to love dogs. Our room was huge with a lovely sitting area, plenty of room for a dog bed. The location is fabulous, right across the street from the Alamo and a few blocks to the river walk. Would definitely stay again if I return to San Antonio.

Great Patio
Peppers Grill & BarPeppers has a large enclosed patio that is great for a dog. Because the restaurant is set back and the wall is high, you don’t feel like you’re on the street. The menu has lots of Mexican dishes and burgers as well as bar food. It’s walking distance from the UFO museum and a great choice in Roswell.

Fabulous Restaurant
The PalmThe Palm is a wonderful steak house so we were really surprised we could dine there with our dog. The staff was friendly and seemed happy to have her. Our dinner was fantastic!! It is really expensive but so worth it if you want to splurge.

Great Find!
La MadeleineLa Madeleine is a great find. They have a large covered patio that is dog friendly so even if it’s raining you can take your pooch. They have a varied menu and serve breakfast all day. Lots of espresso drinks so you don’t need the Starbucks around the corner. Our breakfasts were delicious!! Would definitely come back.

Fabulous! Washoe Loved It!!!
Aloft Austin NorthwestThe Aloft is great. The rooms are huge with lots of space for a dog bed. There are treats and water in the lobby. The grounds are nicely landscaped with lots of spots for a dog to do its business. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Lots of dog friendly restaurants nearby. The only downside is it’s a bit far out from downtown.
