Pack Square ParkOk so its a nice park. You can walk your dog through there. That said, The restrooms for humans were not very clean.

Ridiculous pricing
Biltmore Estate$65 grounds only pass to walk around with the dogs. Went with my wife and 2 dogs. $130. No dogs allowed on the shuttle so you’d need to walk to the main house. It was hot and one of my dogs is not a walker. Hard pass. I’d have done $20 for a drive by.

New Belgium BreweryDog friendly. Good selection of beer. You can try before you buy. Plenty of outdoor tables, food truck in the parking lot
