Very Fido Friendly!

We had a large party of 7 plus Paxi, our dog. We sat on an 8 top bench right at the front of the patio. There was even a small fire pit, definitely welcome on a brisk, windy afternoon. They have blankets too!!
Be sure to CALL and confirm reservations made online if you have a DOG! The patio is nice sized but limited so calling ahead confirms a doggy spot on the patio!
They have one dish for dogs and it’s grilled steak with sticky white rice! My Pax devoured it immediately!
Human food choices are great, descent variety, and food prep is excellent! Service is equally on par and very friendly!
Location is central to other food and shops. Parking is on the street, not bad when we went, or garages in the vicinity.
Highly recommended if you’re needing a nice place to dine with your doggy in the Prescott area!

Great Spot

Visited just after Spring Break so had some residual crowds. Despite the waits we were able to get a 2 top in the front patio the first night, without reservations.
The doggy menu is cute and has several options. We actually dined here twice and Pax had Grilled Chicken Over Kibble and Steak Tar Tar, raw egg on a raw wagyu patty, night two! Pax devoured both and thoroughly enjoyed it!
Service is very good and the host is very friendly! Be sure to CALL and make reservations ahead of time especially with a dog since patio seating is limited!!
People food choices are good and well prepared. Definitely a positive dining experience in Sedona with Fido!

Great Place For Dogs And Kids!

We were visiting California for the holidays and wanted to explore the coast. I grew up here so very familiar with this area, but it was first time for my dog Pax.

Founders Park is right next to Trump‘s International Golf Course in PV so you use the same entrance and park next to the course.

The grounds are immaculateand and very well-maintained. There is a paved park within the golf course and a trail that leads off along the coast.

Note, dogs are not allowed on the beach but there are several trails leading down to the water. We walked down them, but just not to the beach itself.

The upper part which is paved goes along the perimeter of the golf course and was more heavily traveled by dogs, families, and kids. We were there on a Saturday and it was not too crowded and plenty of room for everybody!

Definitely a great place to take your dog with a variety of options as far as trails and paths for everyone!

Parking is free and abundant in the public parking lot. I don’t recall seeing bathrooms, but it is a golf resort so I’m sure there are some very close by.

As with any trail, please pick up after your pet!

Great Place For A Hike With Your Doggo!

Skyline Regional Park is easy to get to and a great place for taking a hike with your dog. Pax is a 1 year old 48 lb sheppit mix and enjoyed the terrain and his nose was on overload with all the different scents! We went on an intermediate trail and there were a lot of uneven rocky areas but Pax was fine. I just had to be sure he didn't pull me off balance, especially on the steep declines. There is a paved smooth trail near the parking lot but it's kind of short. The majority of the trails are intermediate but for a descent sized dog with ground clearance, like Pax, it's not an issue. The view was beautiful, terrain full of different plants and cacti so watch their nose doesn't get poked!
It wasn't super crowded on this Sunday afternoon in November. Most people were out taking holiday photos and the trails were empty. I did notice how clean everywhere was and it was so nice not to see trash everywhere.
Of course there is plenty of poop so watch where you walk. I can never comprehend how dog owners don't pick up! There are poop bags near the bathrooms but not along the trails.
We only saw one other dog the hour and half we were there and passed very few other people.
We are definitely going back especially since we just live down the street! Thanks Bring Fido for listing this awesome place. Surprised there aren't any other rave reviews!
