We picked this La Quinta out of the three in the Fort Worth area because it had better reviews than the other two. We were off to a bad start when the receptionist charged us for the stay when we arrived, when we had already paid through BringFido. That was quickly resolved. The dog fee was charged incorrectly and despite me talking with the front desk staff it was never resolved. Upkeep of dog areas is definitely not a priority. No dog bags, and the doggie bag trash can was overflowing for our 4 day stay. I didn’t like that we could only come in and out through the lobby (usually there are side doors accessible).

Very happy with our choice to stop here for dinner while traveling with our dog. Very dog friendly patio, great atmosphere, and delicious food! We went in the evening and they had live entertainment and a fire pit going. Lights strung up between the trees, view of the river and walking trails.
