Amazing For Pups And So Clean!
Fairfield Inn and Suites Spokane ValleyGreat hotel right off the I-90. It was extremely clean with comfortable beds and new, modern finishes and furnishings. The ground floor rooms each have their own outside access door which is awesome when traveling with a dog.
Nice Room, Great Outdoor Space For Pup!
Element Las Vegas SummerlinThis is a really good place for staying with your dog. We had to pay a $50 pet fee which is a bit much but since we booked the room on points, it wasn’t too bad. The room has a combo of hardwoods and carpet and was very spacious. The room was clean but a bit tired. There was a nice outdoor pool. There are plenty of nice places to walk the dog and there is a beautiful park called Gardens park walking distance from the hotel. The Park is beautiful with plenty of shade.
Funky Place For Lunch
A Leap of TasteThis place is funky and a little crunchy! It’s also very dog friendly. They are actually allowed inside the restaurant! They also have outdoor seating in front. We got sandwiches and my husband and daughter’s were good but my grilled cheese was tasteless.
Beautiful, Peaceful Place To Hike
Greenbank FarmDuring our trip to Whidbey Island this past summer we walked our dog almost every day at Greenbank Farm. There are so many trails on this hilly meadow and when you hike to the top, there are stunning views of Mr Rainier and the Puget Sound. Our pup loved his time at Greenbank.
Perfect Place For Tacos With Your Best Buddy
Rocket TacoWe were staying on Whidbey Island for a few weeks and loved coming to Rocket Taco. The food is fantastic with amazing tacos, guacamole and drinks. They have a beautiful dog-friendly patio with a grassy lawn and games for kids to play. There is also an ice cream shop right next door!
Very Nice And Super Dog Friendly
La Quinta by Wyndham St. GeorgeWe loved that the dog friendly room on the first floor had wood floors and they gave an extra sheet to place on the furniture under the dog to keep things clean. The room was very clean and comfortable. There were nice grassy areas to walk the dog around. We would stay here again.
Very Expensive For The Quality
Shilo Inns Idaho FallsI have really mixed feelings about this hotel. We are on a long road trip with our pup so have paid everything from $99 per night to $170 for this hotel. For that price I would have liked a room and property that were less rundown. (Did they give us a “tired” room because we had a dog?) The parking lot were rough and the exterior doors were filthy. The laundry room had a broken dryer that ate my money. The front desk gave me a refund but had no interest in learning which dryer was broken or sending someone to fix it. All that said, there were some really good things about this hotel. The room was clean. My favorite was the slider out to a grassy lawn on a canal and a beautiful walking trail that goes on for miles. The room had a mini kitchen, couch and desk area and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice dog park close by. Bottom line: it was very expensive for the quality compared to other properties we have stayed in but it was very convenient.
Perfect Dog Friendly Pub!
Fionn MacCool'sWe absolutely loved our lunch here at Fionn MacCool’s. The outside patio is dog friendly and really beautiful. They had treats and little dog mats available. Our meal was delicious and the service was excellent.
Amazing Pet Friendly Hotel
Holiday Inn Express Kalispell an IHG HotelThis place is awesome. So clean and nice and reasonably priced for what you get. Traveling with our dog, we love getting a room with its own outside entrance to a grassy lawn and we could park right outside the room. The staff was so nice and they had fresh-baked cookies in the lobby when we checked in.
The room was extremely clean and in excellent condition. I would definitely stay here again.
Just Ok
Days Inn by Wyndham Coeur d'AleneWe are in a long road trip with our pup and have stayed in several hotels in the last few weeks. Since we were only staying one night, and getting back on the road, we wanted to keep the price on the low end. This property was just ok. The room was very run down but clean— broken drapes, mildew smell from the AC, white paint (I hope it was paint) on the couch. The bed was comfortable. They charge a $10 pet fee which is reasonable. We found out that we should have requested a ground floor room (easier with a dog) at the time of check in. There were some nice grassy areas around the hotel to walk the pup. Bottom line, it’s just ok and I wouldn’t stay here again.
