I am a furbaby mom to two precious Pekingese, Jax and Max.

Ate dinner last night at El Sombrero. Outdoor testing area was nice but loud due to the busy street. Food was good and margaritas hit the spot. Nothing was offered to our furbabies like we've had in our past dining experiences but we were fine since we bring our own water and bowl for our furbabies. Waitress was very attentive and checked on us several times. We would dine here again if visiting the area.

I was a bit concerned about dining here since i had read reviews about being asked to leave because of dogs barking. We did not experience this. Our waitress was very nice and visited with our furbabies. Brought each of them a bowl of water very quickly. The kolpse and hunhschnitzel were delicious. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and being able to dine with our furbabies.

Enjoyed our dinner and outdoor patio was nice. Waiter was quick to bring two bowls of water for Max and Jax. Food was good and came out quickly.

We chose Hilda's for our first dinner in Fredricksburg since it was across the street from our RV park. Loved the outdoor patio since it was covered, very spacious, and had a wonderful breeze blowing through. Victor, our waiter, was very quick to wait on us and bring water to Max and Jax. Food was delicious and my margarita was just what I needed after a long day of driving.
We loved Hilda's so much that we went back a second time. Experience with Victor was once again on point.

When walking to the receptionist booth we saw the sign for the pet friendly area which is to the left under a tree shaded area. Lots of dirt and leaves below. I thought that was where we were going to be seated but instead we were given a table in the back with brick flooring and a great view of the sunset. Waiter was quick to notice our furbabies and brought each a bowl of water. Our food and drinks were very good and we enjoyed our stay as we watched the sunset.
I was very appreciative that we did not have to sit in the pet area since our furbabies hair would have been full of dirt and leaves.

I wasn't sure what to expect from my two furbabies who are seniors and never been to a restaurant. Our waitress was very nice and complimented us on our babies. Sat us at a table and quickly brought them a bowl of water. The outdoor area is very nice with lots of shade and fans. We l9ved the food and atmosphere so much that we came back for dinner a second time. We will definitely dine here again if we return to New Braunfels area.
