For my birthday I booked this place last weekend and only stayed one night. We both had paperwork for our service dogs and the email paperwork said they wouldn’t charge us anything until check-in and that the fees would be waived. At check-in this was not the case. She didn’t even want to look at our service animal paperwork and didn’t even waive the fees even though I knew it was illegal for them to do so. If my landlord can’t charge me pet rent then this place shouldn’t get away with such bullying and discrimination. I would never recommend this place or stay again because of this. Everything else was ok. But much like a Motel 6 with bad coffee and minimal food options and lacking after hours vending/ice. Towels, 2 bones and poop bags and a bowl (all of which I already brought with me) was not worth $65.
