Overpriced with tons of ‘add on fees!’ Our ‘pet friendly’ room couldn’t have been any more inconveniently located on the second floor nowhere near doors to the outside. Asked for a room change, no can do! On the second night an incredibly rude and unprofessional desk worker stormed my husband in a very threatening manner accusing us of not reporting we had pets with us and leaving dogs in the room alone barking for hours. This was simply NOT TRUE!! Other staff attempted to rectify the situation but the encounter ruined our weekend with family. The facility was poorly staffed and neglected. Didn’t have the best experience as the cost was SUPER INFLATED!! Not happy to say the least! May be my last booking!! 👎🏼

The only reason I lowered the bones was the bathroom sink didn’t drain and when I reported it to the desk staff they looked at me like I had a third eye…lots of grassy area to potty dogs but as always it sure would be nice if people picked up after their dogs!!! 🤬

If you don’t mind sitting in an alley amongst the dumpsters…🤦🏻‍♀️

Stinky, broken door handles, poop mines EVERYWHERE, and loud tenants.

Great brews and food with friendly staff and a clean patio to enjoy with the pooches!!

Clean, comfortable and easy on/off the highway. Only downfall was nowhere to take dogs for a walk. Plenty of green space for potty, but potty area was loaded with abandoned piles. C’mon people, pick up after your dogs!!!

Room was great, staff was alright, biggest complaint is the dog potty area was FULL of poop piles!! C’mon people, pick up after your dog or you ruin it for all of us!!!

The check in staff didn’t know a thing about hospitality, pet fee was ridiculous and the long term resident down the hall did nothing but play loud music & slam doors all night which didn’t seem to bother the staff. my dogs didn’t sleep a wink! checkout staff was apologetic, however it doesn’t make up for a sleepless night!!

I am no hotel snob, but this was BY FAR my worst hotel stay EVER!! filthy, loud, got housed next to what I’m certain was a drug trafficking operation, bed was like a rollaway cot, husband got bit by bugs in the night...AWFUL AWFUL STAY!!

Clean and quiet!

Fan was either off or kicked on and off all night, extremely loud & disruptive to sleep so opted to turn it off and freeze. Then the noise of the highway, toilets and other guests kicked in. Will not stay here again!!
