Overall, the "museum" was a good way to spend a little over an hour, learning about how Hot Springs got its start, all of the gangster activity, who came to the baths, and what happened to the town when business was no longer booming. Our tour guide was great however, we spent too much time being sat in front of TV screens in each room and not enough time getting to look at all of the artifacts. Dogs are very welcome, which is great!

Given that I have Celiac and my husband usually orders gluten-free, we are always excited to try places that serve gluten-free pizza. SQZBX not only serves a GREAT gluten-free, hot honey pizza, they are also very dog-friendly! They brought our pup some plain grilled chicken, which was very kind. It's definitely worth going!

We had a LOVELY time at The Shed! While yes, there is a long wait to get a table, it's worth the wait - especially since so much of their menu is gluten-free! The wait staff was so nice, especially to our pup, and the ambience of the patio was lovely. We absolutely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good Mexican meal!

We decided to come here after dinner to have a couple more glasses of wine and dessert. It's a great place, though the style of wines were not for us (way too fruit forward). They are VERY dog-friendly and the gluten-free chocolate dessert was great, as was the service. It's a nice way to casually spend an hour.

My husband, dog, and I were moving across the country and wanted to make Hot Springs one of the stops! We wanted a pet-friendly place that provided a more peaceful respite, as well as a chance to cook some of our own meals. When we found Willow Beach Resort, we were delighted. The rooms are older but they are comfortable and clean, and do give you direct access to the lake, which is just so peaceful. Also, the owners are so kind and lovely to talk to.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at The Ellison! It's in a beautiful section of town, walking distance to the Whole Foods, and is very pet friendly! The rooms are comfortable, modern, and we slept so well in that bed! We highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice, quiet place to stay, outside of the city.

My husband, dog, and I were making our way across the country and Nashville was merely an overnight stop. HOWEVER, being a Diamond Elite Member, they more than took care of us by upgrading us to one of their top suites. It allowed our pup much-needed space to run around and stretch his paws. Which speaking of, they are so dog-friendly that not only is there no pet fee, they also have a designated pet relief area in their covered garage. I've seen other reviews, complaining about this but it should be noted that there is a station with pet waste bags available, as well as a hose to wash off the area. If you clean up after your pet (which you should), then it would not be an issue. For us, it truly was a wonderful night that gave us much-needed rest!

This is our second time staying at The Westin and we love how comfortable it is, the proximity to the airport, that it's within walking distance of a lot of shops and restaurants and finally, that they are so dog friendly! It's great for an overnight stay and we highly recommend it to anyone that needs a hotel in the area.

My husband, our dog, and I were moving across the country and had never visited Asheville before. We chose to stay at the Grand Bohemian (the Manor) because of it's proximity to the Biltmore and we were definitely NOT disappointed! First, when we arrived at the hotel, the valet were so quick and efficient to unload all the bags we had with us, as well as ensure our car would be safe in their parking garage (since it was loaded for our move). They took our luggage across to the Manor and it was in our room before we were even there. Then, at check-in, they offered us a glass of champagne, gave us a quick orientation on the village, and we were off to check out our room. Not only was it a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, but they made our dog, Hagrid, feel so welcome (he had his choice of bed for the stay and they gave him a collapsible water bowl, a bandana, as well as a cute bone case filled with waste bags). Note: While this doesn't downgrade our score, there can be traffic noise at night and the pet fee is a bit pricier than other pet fees.

Unfortunately, this hotel was a big miss for us. The rooms are much, much older than are advertised on their site (ours had water stains and sagging ceiling areas). In addition, they do not have central A/C, no matter what they tell you. They explained to us that while it was 80 degrees outside, it was going to start snowing in SEVEN WEEKS and that they went ahead and turned off the A/C, which makes no sense. They didn't even have fans to offer us, nor ceiling fans in the rooms. In addition, the locals do not like tourists and this is a very touristy area. Loud cars and music fill downtown until usually 2am and when you have to sleep with the windows open, you don't sleep much. Finally, there is no pet relief area. We had to walk through the park, which was a little sketchy, to give our pup a place to go. I highly recommend you find another hotel in Santa Fe to stay at.
