Currently I’m a pet mom to just one little mutt named Bambi.

This checks all the boxes. My dog can join us and sit outside. (Seating is along the store front, next to the parking lot. So it can be hot or loud with cars and pavement. But it always works fine.) There are a few tables out there.
My dog gets a small amount if vanilla yogurt. My son gets chocolate yogurt. Everyone is happy.
Service is always friendly.

We sat outside. It was about 90° out but very tolerable outside under the patio overhang/roof.
We hadn’t planned this stop so we did not have water for our dog. (We had water in the car.) But the staff were excellent and provided a dog bowl full of ice water.
The ambiance was great. Excellent staff. Very clean. Cute.
The menu is large. Food was good. The food was substantial. I got a smash burger and sweet potato fries and, dang!, I could not finish it.
My food was good. But it was more about the ambiance and service.

I have a love/hate thing with Love’s travel stops. And the ones with a dog park…some are well maintained and some aren’t. This one is middle of the road. Let’s say upper middle. It’s usually pretty clean. Far from perfect but acceptable. There are almost never poop bags available. Que sera sera. It works for what we need it for.

We visited in March and had an amazing time. My dog loved the beach and loved watching the jellyfish, fish, and seabirds.

The dog park has a small dog and large dog sides. Both sections of tunnels and ramps and various fun dog agility-type equipme.
The dog park can sometimes be pretty poopy.
The larger park itself is great. Nice walking trails.
Within the dog park, there's a separate fenced area with a pond. Sometimes it's locked. Other times you can get in. It has a nice pond and lots of exploring opportunities for dogs.

This dog park is pretty small. But it was exceptionally clean. And there were several large rocks that my dog enjoyed climbing on. We had the park to ourselves and we had an enjoyable visit.

The park itself was very nice. The dog park portion of the park was nice enough. A section for big dogs and a section for small dogs. We were on the big dogs side. And it was LOUSY with poop. Poop everywhere! You could barely take a step without risking stepping into poop. Old poop, fresher poop. It was quite nasty.
