Nice place, better hotel breakfast than most, spacious room. I’ll be back!

Clean, quiet, walk to downtown and Stanford. It’s worth the extra $$.

Clean, super kind staff, cute spot! Really lovely area a block from the beach! It’s inexpensive, parking is easy. No complaints!

I can’t say enough good things about this little spot, but the main thing is the staff - friendly and helpful, honest animal lovers. This motel has been updated so it’s cute and inviting. Lots of walkable restaurants and shops too. My dog dragged me to the lobby several times for the huge dog treats they offered her. Also, there’s a couple fantastic off leash trails about 7-10 minutes away along the river that I highly recommend!

Easy solution for travel with a dog. Not much in walking distance but great for a short stay.

This is a very long path - all paved, although plenty of unpaved trail running along the river. There are several parking areas along the way to stop and walk. I opted to go down to the riverbed which was completely dry and sandy. I walked along it with my dog off leash for about a mile. I didn’t see an actual dog park but I wasn’t looking for one. Great area to throw the ball, have a run with your dog, or just play zoomies in the sand.

It's a Parking lot with a small lot of tumble weed and rock. Not worth the effort to get there from the freeway.

It's super basic, and that’s what you’re paying for. Walk the dog over to campus to chase squirrels. Huge Whole Foods across the street. A fine pit stop on a long road trip.
