Great spot in Roswell for those traveling with dogs, and especially for those with trailers/campers/etc. Friendly staff, clean rooms, the requisite aliens out front (and on the room numbers), and plenty of space next door for dogs to stretch and do their business. Also right across the street from Denny’s, Applebee’s, Whataburger, and DQ.

Fantastic place for both people and dogs! Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of amenities, great breakfast oatmeal bar, late night beer, wine, and coffee (with friendly bartenders…thanks, Victor!), fantastic art in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Conveniently located basic accommodations. Pet friendly with grassy area outside pool. Very friendly and helpful staff (thank you, Suni) made checking in very late after a long drive a smooth process. There were a couple of relatively minor negatives. There were a few red spots on the duvet that we hope were ketchup! And the walls were thin; the couple in the adjacent room were enjoying themselves so much that it scared one of our dogs! The price was right and the $15 feet for a second dog was the most reasonable I’ve seen. I’d definitely stay here again.

Checked web site on the way to confirm reservation and ask some questions. Name and confirmation number were not in system. Tried calling the hotel but every number we tried ended up at an automated system that put us on hold for 30+ minutes (we gave up at 30). We ended up booking somewhere else because we had no way of confirming whether or not we were going to arrive at the hotel after a long day driving and not have a room. Hotel has a no-cancellation policy and would not approve a refund despite the circumstances. Due to the above, this rating is based on customer support only.
