Almost Perfect!
The MUSE New YorkWe’ve taken our 85 lb golden to New York before, but this experience topped all of our past trips with him. It’s a great location if you want to be close to the theater district. There is a parking garage right next door (and you can use SpotHero to reserve a spot there ahead of time). They provided a doggie bed when we checked in, and though we were charged an incidentals charge of $100 extra when we checked in, we were told it would be given back if there weren’t any problems. The fact that there’s no pet fee is HUGE for New York, especially since we’ve got such a big boy. The ONLY thing is that there really isn’t a great place to take your pets to relieve themselves. We took him to Bryant park, only a 9 minute walk away, but there are signs there that literally say not to let your dog on the grass. That’s our one criticism, otherwise, if your dog can relieve themselves anywhere and doesn’t need grass to go, we highly recommend this place for a stay.
Accommodating!!
Cornerstone TavernThere aren’t a ton of outdoor places To sit, but they were very accommodating for our big boy Ares (75 lb. Golden). They found us a spot to sit, and we enjoyed a nice round of drinks. We were so grateful we came back for breakfast, and still a good experience!!!
