The front desk staff were incredibly helpful in extending my reservation at the last minute, were kind and welcoming when we arrived & opened the cafe up for me to grab a bite to eat when I tried to order room service not realizing they had just closed. Nice and convenient grassy areas for Fido, plenty of parking, and nice accommodations. It was clearly the place to be in its heyday. While some things are a bit outdated, it’s kinda cool to experience the vintage vibes of that. From booking, to extending booking, check-in, stay, and checkout, everyone was so kind and helpful.

My pup and I greatly enjoyed our stay and the dog friendliness of such a beautiful hotel. The accommodations were excellent and the staff were kind and welcoming. We will certainly stay again should we have the opportunity. Thank you to everyone at Paradox Vancouver, from the Valet, Concierge, Room Service, and Management team. You are all such beautiful souls.

We had such a wonderful stay, enjoyed the beautifully curated accommodation and the freedom for the pups to freely explore the gardens. Walter and Joseph greeted us and provided us with such a warm welcome and delicious breakfast created with so much care and fresh ingredients grown on the grounds. This is clearly a place created with deep passion and caring hearts.
