We were here early November & it was great! A nice, off the road back seating patio. Waitress was super friendly & greeted our pup as well. Food was delicious, drinks were strong & overall beautiful atmosphere.

Evening check-in clerk tried to overcharge me for the pet fee. I was honest that she was not a service dog & understood there to be a $25 fee. Clerk said it was $26.49. Ok, no big deal. Then she tried to trick me & swipe another charge for $25. Called her out & she backed off. Check all your charges here.

Super accommodating to our 14# frenchie! Staff were amazing, view was great & food was delicious! Waiter brought her a water bowl & gave her scritches! Plenty of free parking, covered second story patio had fans & was comfortable in heart of summer.

Dogs are allowed in your room (we paid $125 for 4 nights for a 14# dog) & the lobby, but the hotel isn’t really “dog friendly.” We were on the 9th floor and the closest grass was down to the lobby then down an escalator to a small strip of grass out front by the busy main road. No doggie poop bag stations, grass had multiple piles from people not picking up after their pet. Entire hotel reeks of smoke, and even wafts into the Sugar Factory restaurant off the casino floor. Hotel is dated & we noticed debris on elevator floor for multiple days that was never cleaned. Would not recommend.
