Not The Best Choice
Best Western Freeport InnThe room we had was newly renovated and they were dog friendly that’s about all I can say that’s positive. We choose this hotel because it had a pool....on another property not where our room was located, nowhere does it tell you that. The building we were in did not have an outside lock on the building-there was a useless key card lock that wasn’t locked. To make matters worse, the security lock on our room had been removed and the deadbolt was none functioning. We took our belongings with us when we left the room and propped a chair against the door at night. We won’t be staying here again.
