No trash, closed for winter
Dog Park at Terrill ParkWe were very disappointed! We came with our dogs from out of town.. thinking of moving to the area and there's no trash cans for poop and it's closed until spring!

Pet friendly.. that's about the best part
Front Street PubHonestly, it was pet friendly as in we could sit there with our dog, but they didn't bring over a dog bowl like at other places weve been to. The waiter had to be stared down in order to get his attention and even then he spoke quietly and quickly. The food was alright but nothing to write home about. There was a speck of something red in my pepsi (lobster shell??), and I had asked for diet Coke and he didn't clarify (which is a big thing for me as diet Pepsi tastes nasty).
Probably won't go here again as even though it's pet friendly, it's not overly friendly otherwise.

Decent hotel, sucky rules regarding dogs...
Fireside Inn & Suites - BelfastWe stayed here over the weekend with our 110 pound newfie mix. They allowed her in but with a fee on top of the cleaning fee. It was priced pretty well but the halls smelled weird. The beds we're not the most comfortable beds and the double Queen rooms only have a tiny fridge. It's no mariott. They also don't allow you to leave your dog's in the room alone which is kind of an inconvenient rule. However, their campus is all pet friendly including the outside seating at the attached restaurant and bar. They also don't have a weight limit.
I wouldn't not stay here again, but I won't seek it out next time. I'll probably look for something else first.

Great beach!
Fort Foster ParkWe went there today for Piper's first real ocean experience! There were lots of dogs to play with, friendly locals, and lots of room! They say it's on leash but we didn't see many dogs with leashes! Everyone got along well and my baby is tuckered out! It's "carry in carry out" so be aware of that when your fur baby poops. Other than that, great, great place.

Best dog park we've ever been to!!🐾
Belfast Dog Park at Walsh FieldThis dog park is amazing. First off, for our baby, it had SO much to do! A fire hydrant, kiddie pools, fresh water hose and bowls, rocks and trees, other friendly dogs, a separate area for big dogs and little dogs, and a huge amount of space for run!!
For the humans, it has plenty of seating, friendly locals and a gazebo.

Pawsome place!
Sweet Sensations Pastry Shop & 3 Dogs CafeMy pups loved it here! They had Frozen treats and fresh bakery treats for the dogs, and some pretty yummy food for the humans. Piper got lots of love from the people near us and loved all of the treats and attention she was given from the locals. Great place!

Yummy food, pet friendly place!!
Portsmouth Gas Light Co.We came here on our way back to our home from Maine. We weren't sure what to expect when it was so busy because our dog is in training around people. They gave Piper some fresh water in her own bowl and were very friendly! Our waiter agreed to give her a treat(we carry them for strangers to give our girl)!
Great place. Would recommend
