Good for the price
Blarney InnThe room was cozy and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The owners were great. Our heater/AC was having issues, and they brought us a space heater to make sure we stayed warm (it got down in the 20s that night). Great grassy areas for our dog to do his business. Only complaint is that our shower had practically zero water pressure, so even with the warmer/hot water, it was pretty cold in that bathroom. Great room for the price and I can definitely see us staying here again when we come through Shamrock.

You get what you pay for
Motel 6 Amarillo TX - AirportThe major downfall for this hotel is that it's RIGHT next to the interstate. If you have a room that's further in the back, you probably would be fine, but our room was right it front and the road noise was deafening. Also, our room's fridge was super loud, as well as the bathroom fan. But, for the price, it's a good hotel. Clean and plenty of places for our dog to go to the bathroom. I just recommend requesting a room towards the back.

Great Hotel! Will stay again
La Quinta by Wyndham RockwallThe rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. And even though they aren't serving breakfast buffet style right now, they still provide a to go bag breakfast for free.

Horrible
Motel 6 El Paso TX - SoutheastFirst, our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke and then they had no hot water in the showers! Oh, and most of the time, the room keys didn't work. Never staying here again.
