Good location
Holiday Inn Philadelphia South - Swedesboro an IHG HotelLocation was good but dog rooms were on 3rd floor. Long walk through big and pretty hotel for a dog to have to go out. Wish there were a gate by outdoor pool to get to back grass instead of going through lobby. But very comfy beds.

Great place to stay
Sunset Beach ResortLocated right before the long Chesapeake Bridge, perfect stop on the way to OBX. They are very dog friendly and dogs go in the store and people working there interact with the dogs. The bathroom needed some work but compared to amenities of pool and beach, who cares about the shower. Room was nice, beds were comfy. The best was RV Park people are the nicest group of people and most had dogs. Loved it!

Great location
La Quinta by Wyndham BataviaRight off the highway but didn't seem as pet friendly as other hotels. Other hotels have biscuits or something indicating dog friendly. But, could be different when there's not a snow storm. Patch of grass on the side but no designated garbage, you have to carry it the garbage at the entrance.

Great location
Aloft Syracuse Inner HarborWe are newer dog owners so I was nervous about the hotel really letting us bring her because she's not a cute little dog breed. Of course she is a very well behaved overly friendly dog with a little bit of pit bull features. We had to fill out a form at check in notifying of breed which her adoption papers say lab mix and nobody seemed to really bat an eye which is what I was nervous about. There was no problem taking her out for her 1:30 am relief because there is so much space to walk your dog or take a stroll as a family right by the water. Parking across the street was the only downside because cars don't slow down for pedestrians not even younger ones like my 7 year old. But, all the other guests seemed much happier with their pets than seeing guests at other hotels. Definitely worth staying if considering instead of boarding.
