Well marked trail with friendly dogs
Rockleigh Woods SanctuaryMain trails are very well marked, but can get quite muddy during snow melt and rainy seasons. Dogs are required to be “under control” which I believe means ok to be off leash but they must have good recall and be dog and people friendly. Great hike with lots of runoff streams to cross and pup to splash in—looking forward to hiking it when the leaves are all out but hear it can be buggy in summer.

Clean, comfortable stay!
Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport Middletown RIKing Studio Suite is large with plenty of room for people and your pet. The interior common area behind the lobby has a nice space to hang out with a dedicated breakfast area off to the side and a small exterior patio with grill out back. Would be nice if the fencing around the sides of the hotel enclosed in order to allow dogs to be a bit more free, but it's also used as a drainage gully so might not be practical anyway. Recommend for a stay with pets!

Homewood Suites by Hilton Bridgewater BranchburgThe staff at Homewood were incredibly welcoming to our pup (as opposed to some hotels which merely “tolerate” furry guests). All friendly and helpful throughout our stay! Will definitely come back and recommend.

Hampton Inn & Suites Albany
Hampton Inn & Suites Albany DowntownStaff is exceptionally friendly to dogs—especially well-behaved ones! Hotel was clean, room was perfect (we had a King Studio Suite), and restaurant attached to hotel (currently dp American Brasserie by the Yono family). Perfect location for going to Palace Theatre concert or any downtown restaurants and activities!

Very Clean!
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Aberdeen-ApgOur room and entire hotel was very clean, and staff were all friendly and welcoming to the dogs staying there. Nicely updated shower in bathroom with glass slider and massage setting on showerhead—perfect after a long, dusty day of baseball tournament games!
