Dog park
Germania Springs Dog ParkThis park always has piles of poop everywhere. It is cleaned and the people who visit are not responsible for their dog when the dog does it's business. There are so many piles of poop a tiny dog can't run and play.
Excellent park
Dog Park at Rotary ParkThe large dog side and small dog side are very spacious. The park has toys, water, bag station, and a baby pool. It has plenty of large shade trees and benches. Turn into the park at the Big Rock stadium entrance and it is on the left. Towards the end of Mayberry Loop. It has people bathrooms close to the dog park and a walking trail. Very nice morning playtime!!
Enormous dog park
Kylee Sullivan Dog ParkLoads of shade trees, water, and people friendly. Inside Spring Lake Park. Love this park!
The best dog park!
Dog Park at McAllister ParkClean, large area, and within a larger park. It is at the back of the McAllister park but work the drive. You can come in the Buckhorn Road side and get to it quicker. The real address is: 8418 Buckhorn Rd, San Antonio, TX 78247
Great location and clean
Vishal Bhagat Dog Park at Water's Edge ParkThe dog park is located in the Water's Edge Park. It is directly across from McGee Beach, and is not literally on the waters edge but is basically across the street (which is closed to traffic). It is a nice area and features a gated dog park, with two distinct areas: one for the little dogs and one for the bigger ones. This is the only gated dog park in the downtown area. It has a water station at the puppers level. It also has a stocked doggie bag station with trash can. Our dogs really enjoyed meeting new pups in a leash free environment. The view is beautiful!
Making friends
Bill Witt City ParkThis is a very nice park. Water fountains, benches, grass, sand, and a little shade. It is hot in the area so we always go before 10 a.m. If it is too hot to play or meet other pups it is no fun. Our furbaby loved it! We will definitely return to play while here in the area.
