I stayed for the weekend, and the Night Auditor and Front Desk were very friendly and helpful. However, this is the second time I have stayed there, and each time there is a Beach Manager person (not sure of her name) kicking people off the beach with their dogs. They are usually just walking back from Snook's or walking by the beach. But she yells at them, and then demands to know their room number, and then tries to follow them to their room. This is certainly not being hospitable. Also, there are ZERO signs telling guests they cannot walk the beach too and from Snook's from the bar, or walking BY the beach. If not for this seriously rude person, I would have no problem staying there again. But being a dog lover, and having a dog myself, this would deter me from returning. You should get signs, or teach this person to be more respectful when she speaks to your guests.
