This was fine for people who don't need a bellman to help them to their suite and back with bags & cat in kennel. It is basically self-serve. There was one cart for the entire hotel which was full because of the holiday. One more cart I was told is on order. I had a difficult time leaving as I was unable to find the one cart. I had nice people from cleaning help with the cat in kennel two times, not a light load. Behind the desk personnel and cleaning staff were nice and accommodating. Clean, and as accommodating as they can be with one person at the front desk trying their best in a full house. Very good with additional requests. More towels, etc. It was a holiday weekend after all. I was also given some leeway with getting out on time from the suite due to my disorganization and missing cart, which I greatly appreciated.
