Hotel had long flight of stairs up to room on 2nd floor, no luggage cart & no elevator. And we drove up from Tucson, AZ.

Our room was lovely with 2 king beds on the ground floor. The "pet area" is steep and has rather large landscape rock making difficult to walk. Pet pick-up bags are provided but it is evident many guests prefer to dump and run. We stayed on a Saturday night. It is not a huge area and would be greatly improved by staff clean-up. The setting is beautiful and we would stay there again.
