Beautiful and relaxing hotel. Both pups and people loved it!

The room smelled like smoke and was very warm. When we opened windows we discovered the source of the smoke is from behind the unit. It's really irritating my asthma. Also plug in bathroom does not work - GFI is out and right next to a sink so this is a safety concern as well as an inconvenience if you need to dry or curl your hair. No dryers are provided so bring your own but you have to dry your hair by the TV. Also, I had to wipe down the shower to rid it of hairs and mold before I could shower. Staff at the front desk are rarely available. We stopped by the office to discuss our concerns on 3 occasions, but nobody available. Spend a little extra money and choose another location.

Fabulous food and service. They were so sweet to our two yorkies ❤️ We will definitely go back!
